UDI an Affiliate of A.I.MWith expansion plans
January,4th,2008 -- UDI announced that starting from January 2008, UDI had became as an affiliate of AL-Mouwasat International Medical Company in S.A. As the mother company AL-Mouwasat Group had been re-organized to reflect two different type of activities and owner ship;AL-Mouwasat Health Care and AL- Mouwasat International Medical Company, UDI is starting to be as one of the main divisions of the new mother company. The company A.I.M has another business activities in steel industry, medical technology education, tourist activates and other sister company working in the field of herbal business and cosmetics, UNIMED. This new operation is expected to reflect more expansion and capital increasing for UDI, that will be used to increase UDI operations hopefully this year and onwards in the coming future stated Mr. Mohamed AL-Saleem the Managing Director and one of the steak holders of A.I.M.
